Make A Special Relationship At Army Penpals.
The day I was deported, I went on my front porch and looked at my home. I knew that I would be leaving everything that I had come to know.
I felt a sense of loneliness before I had even left. Being with my fellow soldiers has kind of eased that pain, but there are still times when I miss being with my family and friends.
While I was on the computer, I received an email from a friend of mine. I was pointed in the direction of an army penpals site.
I joined and it felt so good being able to communicate back and forth with my friend. Next, I thought that it would be great if my friends and family got involved.
Sure enough they joined as well. Now, I have the chance to interact with everyone back home.
This makes me feel so comfortable because it is familiar to me. I hear about my sports teams and how my family is doing. As an added benefit of Army Penpals, I was able to meet a wonderful young lady who wanted to show her appreciation for everything that I do.
